What is a chiller? Its translation is coolers and these are used within a process where it is required to cool some material, the chiller takes water and passes it through a system within which there are heat exchangers, the system will take in air from outside to transfer heat to the pipes which at the same time will transfer heat to the water, which as a result will give cold water at the exact temperature that our process needs.

We handle water and air chillers in different capacities with modular configuration and excellent connectivity. We offer everything from basic chiller models to high-tonnage models with premium efficiency, configurable to your needs.

We modernized our cooling systems in order to make them remotely controllable from a compatible smartphone or tablet. Select models of Andely chillers have a touch screen for easy control.

How does a chiller work?

The water that is required to be cooled circulates through an exchanger.

This water flow will transmit its heat to the coolant flow, since these are separated by the wall of the tube. The refrigerant, upon receiving heat, evaporates due to its characteristics and low evaporation pressure.

The refrigerant is extracted by the compressor, which sends it compressed to the condenser. In this process, the refrigerant is heated by the effect of compression and heat from the compressor motor. The hot gas from the compressor enters the condenser, where its heat is transmitted to a refrigerant medium, which can either be water or air. The heat removed causes the coolant to condense at high pressure. The refrigerant in a liquid state at high pressure can be stored or sent directly to the expansion valve for injection into the evaporator to restart the cycle. Normally, equipment used primarily to cool water is called a chiller, although it can cool other fluids.

Características: 

• Compresores de tornillo.

• Condensadores de microcanales de aluminio y evaporadores de casco y tubos. 

• Válvulas termostáticas electrónicas para operar hasta -10.0°C en la temperatura del agua de salida.

• Controladores electrónicos de microprocesador y puerto de comunicación RS485.

Gama ΔCWE con condensación por aire / 14 modelos

Características: 

• Compresores herméticos de tipo scroll. 

• Evaporador de placas. 

• Condensadores de microcanales o condensador de tubos aletados. 

• Ventiladores con control de velocidad graduado. 

• Controlador de microprocesador. 

• Filtro de agua en la entrada del evaporador.

Rango de toneladas: De 13 a 140 kW (3.7 Ton ~ 40 Ton).

Gama ΔMWC / 7 modelos

Refrigerador modular, enfriado por agua, con compresores scroll e intercambiadores de calor de placas.

Características: 

• Su diseño modular permite la fácil expansión y montaje en lugares con acceso limitado. 

• Destaca por su tamaño compacto, operación redundante, eficiencia y confiabilidad.

Rango de toneladas: 21 a 115 kW (6 Ton ~ 33 Ton), con la opción de conectar hasta 5 unidades en paralelo para una capacidad total de 575 kW (164 Ton).
