Eco Cool Water adiabatic cooler

ECOCOOL WATER is an ALTERNATIVE cooling system to Cooling Towers. It is an air cooler with an INNOVATIVE fully closed system integrated into the process water cooling circuit; it uses AIR/WATER exchangers that, taking advantage of the ambient temperature, cool the process water to a temperature 10-12oC lower than the ambient temperature. With this system, ENERGY SAVINGS of up to 30% and WATER SAVINGS of up to 85% are achieved.

ECOCOOL WATER uses large cellulose panels (30% more surface area) installed in a vertical position that are moistened evenly and constantly and that also have the correct distance from the radiator. The regulation of the water flow prevents the formation of droplets (condensation) that can cause incrustations or scale on the radiator itself. In addition, the adiabatic panel works as a filter, purifying the incoming air and trapping volatile parts, which prevents contamination of the radiator.

The air temperature, after passing through the adiabatic panels, decreases considerably, in some cases, up to 15oC below room temperature. This constitutes the fundamental point in the efficiency of the ECO COOL WATER system.
